Estimates and proposals
Information submitted through the estimate form is a request, not a contract. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at that time and is subject to an on-site assessment. Written proposals state their own validity period.
Appointment requests
Consultation slots selected on this website are requests. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and confirm it directly.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is submitted. Where a product is out of stock or a price has been listed in error, we will contact you before proceeding.
Natural materials
Natural stone and handmade tile vary in colour, veining, and dimension between batches. Variation is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect. Samples indicate the range of a material; they do not guarantee that delivered material will match them exactly.
